The side chair 666 WSP was the first chair to be retailed through Knoll Inc.. Originally produced with a webbing seat in 1942 to comply with wartime restrictions on materials, the chair was redesigned in 1946 with a slight alteration to the positioning of the rear leg.
The address on the transfer label indicates that these chairs were produced between 1946 and 1951
