Calibre 240 gilt-finished skeletonised lever movement visible between two sapphire crystals, finely engraved scrolled bridges and plates, 27 jewels, 18k yellow gold case with finely engraved band, T-bar lugs, 18k yellow gold PP buckle, case and movement signed

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3878 from 1981 until approximately 2007. To date, it is only known to have been produced in yellow gold.
