"At a recent tasting the '94 Cos was showing its age, with aromas of cedar and cigar box along with a bit of black pepper and bell pepper on the nose. On the palate the wine is soft and harmonious, if lacking a bit of punch. Overall, the wine is drinking well enough now for the vintage, but it certainly isn't getting any better at this stage."
