A pair of Derby bocage candlestick figures of Italian farmers
modelled as a lady and gentleman, standing, each holding chickens, wearing 18th century dress, befpre flowering bocages on pierced scrolling bases, with matched sconces, painted in colours and gilt -- 12½in. (31.8cm.) and 13in. (33cm.) high, circa 1765 (some damages, repairs and firing faults)
