perhaps Hungarian, moulded and enriched in colours and gilt with a central flower panels issuing panels of flowering branches devided by stylised scrolls, the border decorated with a band of leaves and flowers, impressed numerals -- 20¼in. (51.5cm.) diam., late 19th or 20th century (small chip to rim)
