Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated December 10, 2007, leather envelope, Patek Philippe tropical rubber strap and stainless steel double deployant clasp.

Patek Philippe introduced the 5167 the extra large Aquanaut version in 2007 and later in 2009 the 5167R. The present example is one of the first produced and is one of only five known to the market.
