With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 2002 and its subsequent sale on April 29, 2004. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated March 3rd, 2005, wooden presentation box, 18k pink gold setting pin, leather envelope, product literature and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 5036 from 1997 until approximately 2006. The reference was the first annual calendar wristwatch with moon phases.
