PROPERTY OF A MIDWEST COLLECTOR
Lots 1 through 57 comprise part of the collection of a Midwestern couple whose passion for collecting spanned several decades. Beginning in the 1940s, they enthusiastically sought out examples of Tiffany glass and lamps and successfully gathered an impressive group of works by this famous maker. The naturalistic forms, bold colors and shimmering surfaces of Tiffany glass are coupled with beautiful floral lamps in this impressive collection, which stands as testament to the couple's shared interest in this field.
