The padded rectangular back, arms and seat upholstered in yellow-ground chinoiserie-patterned cotton, the arms with out-turned terminals headed by paterae issuing acanthus garlands along the downswept uprights, the conforming cabriole legs with voluted angles and scrolled feet, partially re-railed, seat now sprung
