One giallo tigrato, the others jaspers and agates, each of rectangular form, the three larger examples with cartouche-shaped escutcheons, one smaller example with engine-milled decoration, the other with silvered mounts
The largest: 3 in. (7.5 cm.) high; 6 in. (15 cm.) wide; 4¼ in. (10.5 cm.) deep
The smallest: 1½ in. (4 cm.) high; 3 in. (7.5 cm.) wide; 2¼ in. (5.5 cm.) deep (5)
