The authenticity of this work has been kindly confirmed by the artist.
JOSÉ G. ONIEVA, is an active sculptor based in Madrid, and has recently undertaken monumental works such as Arbol de la libertad (The Tree of Liberty) which was exhibited in the Parque del Buen Retiro, Madrid, in October 2010.
