FIRST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
With well-and-tree to centre, on four ivory feet; coat-of-arms engraved to border and to side of cover
14½ in. (36.9 cm.) high; 24½ in. (62.3 cm.) long, handle-to-handle
The arms are those of Radcliffe impaling Macdonell for the 1819 marriage of Sir Joseph Radcliffe, 2nd Baronet of Rudding Park, Yorkshire.
