Octagonal, double-lidded, chased on one side with houses by a lake with storks in foreground within rococo cartouche, reverse with a man in tricorn hat fishing whilst standing in a river, trees behind, interior containing a portrait miniature on ivory of a lady holding a rose, in embroidered pale blue dress with green ribbons, rose-pink shawl, reverse set with mirror, lined in rose-pink silk
