Château Haut-Brion, Blanc--Vintage 2007
Pessac (Graves), cru classé
Haut-Brion Blanc is undisputedly the finest and most sought-after dry white wine produced in Bordeaux. Produced in far smaller quantities (only between 450 and 600 cases per year in comparison to between 10,000 and 12,000 of the red Grand Vin) than its better known red wine, Château Haut-Brion Blanc 2007 is a must-have addition to your cellar and will demonstrate that Bordeaux also produces some of the world's greatest dry white wines. Produced from an almost equal blend of Smillon & Sauvignon Blanc and fermented in oak barrels, this wine combines freshness and vibrancy with depth, length and complexity.
