Edo period (19th century), signed Ikunari saku
With sliding cover opening to reveal four small drawers with mother-of-pearl handles, the exterior decorated in varicolored gold, silver, red and green takamaki-e and mother-of-pearl inlay with kites, a top and other children's toys, all against a silver hirame ground; with a wood netsuke of a hare; and a metal ojime in the form of a buckle
