Of bright steel, comprising close-helmet with one-piece skull, bellows-type visor, bevor shaped to the chin, and later gorget, gorget of a main-plate and two neck-plates, full arm defenses, mitten gauntlets, cuirass comprising back-plate shaped to the shoulders, struck with a maker's mark and with culet of four plates, and breast-plate with medial ridge, prominent roped turn at the neck, movable arm gussets, and applied flange at the base, skirt of three plates, tassets of six plates each, and full leg harnesses with sabatons (visor, tassets, greaves and sabatons of recent manufacture, some adaptation and restoration throughout), the main edges turned and roped throughout, on wooden stand with a decorative two-hand sword
