Quatrefoil and on four silver and enamelled ball feet, the interior divided into a rectangular panel depicting Zeus descending from his chariot and four lunettes with various mythological scenes within diaper-work borders, flower and foliate border, the rim set with human and grotesque masks at the angles, the two silver enamelled handles formed as entwined dragons, the reverse with a rectangular polychrome panel set amongst scrolls
