MARK OF SYDNEY BELLAMY HARMAN OVERSTRIKING THAT OF EDWARD BARNARD AND SONS LTD., LONDON, 1911
Octagonal, the stand on four scroll feet and with two drop-ring handles, with overhead part turned-ivory handle, engraved with a coat-of-arms below a baron's coronet, marked on the base, cover bezel, stand, lamp and lamp cover, the base further stamped 'HARMAN NEW BOND ST. LONDON'

gross weight 151 oz. (4,697 gr.)
The arms are those of Pearson impaling Cass for Weetman Dickinson Pearson, 1st Baron Cowdray and later 1st Viscount Cowdray (1856-1927) and his wife Annie (d.1933), daughter of Sir John Cass (d.1898), whom he married in 1881.
