Shaped square with moulded borders and on four bracket feet, engraved with a coat-of-arms below a baron's coronet, marked on the reverse

The arms are those of Pearson impaling Cass for Weetman Pearson, 1st Baron Cowdray and later 1st Viscount Cowdray (1856-1927) and his wife Annie (d.1933), daughter of Sir John Cass (d.1898), whom he married in 1881.
