The top inset with replaced tooled pale pink leather, above a frieze drawer above a recessed cupboard and kneehole, flanked by three drawers to either side, on eight square-section tapering legs and bun feet joined by shaped X-stretchers and a later central stretcher, inscribed 'C2(or 3)01', with paper label inscribed '38' and with inventory label 'Cowdray/38/1919', restorations and replacements
