QIANLONG SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
Heavily potted, the ovoid body tapering to the cylindrical neck, painted with an allover design of butterflies fluttering amidst various flowers including peony, rose, chrysanthemum, magnolia, narcissus, morning glory, lotus and orchid below a gilt border at the rim, all reserved on a pale celadon ground, the base also covered with a pale celadon glaze
