Joseoph Croisier, Liege, Mid 18th Century
The case of typical form, carved all over with C-scrolls and foliage, the hood with pierced soundfrets, with carved C-scrolls to the angles. The arched brass dial with pewter subsidiary hour ring above, seasonal spandrels to the pewter chapter ring, foliate engraved centre signed Joseph Croissier a Liege, strike-silent lever above XII, four pillar brass movement with strike and alarm on two bells
