Circa 1900, puce printed factory marks and puce printed retailer's mark of N.F. van Gelder & Co, Amsterdam
Modelled with shaped rim, painted with bands in gilt and blue and gilt leafs, the covers with flower-bud finials, comprising: three circular footed serving dishes and covers, one cover broken, 27 cm. diam.; one circular footed serving dish, 27 cm. diam.; two small circular two-handled tureens and covers, 17.5 cm. wide; one circular serving dish, 29 cm. diam.; seven oblong serving dishes in sizes, 25-48 cm. wide; twenty-four dinner plates, one broken, 26 cm. diam.; twenty-four plates, two broken, 23 cm. diam.; twenty-four side dishes, 15.5 cm. diam.; twenty-four two-handled soup bowls and saucers, the saucers 16.5 cm. diam.; and two soup ladles, some damage (136)
