Rising from a short foot to wide rounded body tapering to thin cylindrical neck with slightly flaring mouth and rim, painted in gold and polychrome enamel on white glazed ground, the body with series of seated figures interspersed with hanging palmettes surrounded by swirling vines, bordered above and below with calligraphic bands in pseudo-kufic on cobalt-blue ground, the shoulder with harpies, the neck with further palmettes and a further band of pseudo-kufic on blue ground, rim with further blue band with swirling vines, repaired breaks
