The white enamel dial with Roman numerals and Arabic outer minute ring, the movement with pierced foliate bridge cock and fusee repeating with two hammers on bell within the case back, signed Rommilly, Paris, the outer case with central painted enamel plaque depicting a religious scene possibly the 'Sacrifice of Cain and Abel', within a two colour gold garland border, circa 1780, diameter of case - 42.0mm
