The rectangular top inset with tooled leather above three opposing frieze drawers, the sides with brass carrying handes, on two pedestals fitted with drawers and opposing anthemion-carved paneled doors, the sides with conforming paneling, the corners carved with bundled leaftips, the underside of one pedestal with a serrated paper label inscribed 8388, brasses apparently original, the plinths replaced, one side of drawers fitted with later divides
