Bombé cartouche form, the surface engraved with foliage and applied with rocaille, the cover applied allover with scrolling foliage, centering a portrait miniature on ivory of Kaiser Wilhelm II surrounded by a diamond-set frame and surmounted by a diamond-set Imperial Crown with red enamel, the interior of red gold, the bezel stamped with number 3876
