The arched headboard with a rocaille cast encadrement enclosing a sunburst veneered bombé panel, cornered by shell-clasps running to paw sabots, the conforming footboard later fitted with a sprung-weighted rising panel designed to accommodate with a flat screen television, bearing the inscription 'F. Linke', extended in width, some later resin-moulded mounts, rails lacking losses

The footboard: 35 in. (89 cm.) high; 55 in. (140 cm.) high with television panel raised; 80½ in. (204.5 cm.) wide
