The tall craggy boulder of flattened form, carved to the front depicting a scholar and attendant traversing a rocky ledge beside pine and fruiting peach trees below a half hidden pavilion to the top, the reverse with a pair of deer beside a rushing waterfall with further gnarled pine and wutong trees, the stone of a pale tone with faint russet inclusions
