A FINE JADEITE TRIPOD CENSER AND COVER
The compressed body raised on three paw feet, one side carved in high relief from the green area with a dragon and a phoenix amidst clouds supporting a flaming pearl, the reverse carved in low relief with a pavilion above waves and surrounded by two fish and two cranes, installed with two dragon-head handles suspending loose rings, the cover surmounted by an openwork finial formed by a phoenix standing on a coiled peony branch forming loops near the edge from which five loose rings are suspended, the icy greenish-white stone with opaque suffusions, with 18th century enamelled gilt-metal stand
