With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated February 2008, original sales tag, instruction manual, product literature, original fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 5098 was launched in 2007 in platinum and further released in pink gold in 2009 and both are today still in production.
It was the first watch housing the new rectangular in-house calibre 25-21; only reference 5124 is equipped with the same calibre.
