the larger example of moulded oblong form, on bun feet and with a gadrooned rim, rising curved spout, wood bracket handle and domed hinged cover with fluted oblong wood finial, decorated with die-stamped rococo flowers, foliage, trelliswork and C-scrolls and with two vacant cartouches, Birmingham 1901 - 6in. (15.25cm.), the smaller example of panelled shaped oblong form and with die-stamped stylised shell and foliate decoration, with ebonised wood scroll handle and domed hinged cover with fluted circular finial, Birmingham 1899 - 5¼in.
