A Goss bust bust of 'The Beautiful Duchess' and stand
modelled on the Duchess of Devonshire, looking slightly down and to her right, wearing a wide brimmed plumed hat, on a three step plinth, the stand supported by four scroll feet and moulded with oval bosses within laurels, impressed title to the reverse, dated for 1877 -- 14 5/8in. (37cm.) high overall (chips to rim of hat, some firing faults)
