(Small chip to title and lower edge not affecting text, tear and chip to margin of plate 9 and N3, small marginal tear to bookseller's advice leaf without loss, the whole slightly dampstained at lower margin, increasing into text from quire Q.) Contemporary vellum (worn). Provenance: Frater Sigismondus (early ink ownership inscription to title).
