CHURCHILL, Winston S. Once he became Prime Minister in May 1940, Churchill was in a position to implement Lady Jellicoe's wishes. HMS Jellicoe -- and, indeed, an HMS Beatty -- were christened as King George V class battleships, with ten 14-inch guns.
