FIRST EDITION. THE VERY RARE SLIPCASED ISSUE. PRESENTATION COPY INSCRIBED BY WEBER IN THE YEAR OF PUBLICATION: 'For Phil - Love Bruce. Un grande abraço. Bruce Weber 1986'. Copies of this title with a contemporary inscription are distinctly uncommon. One of 100 unnumbered copies issued in a slipcase, presumably for the author.
