Signed and with maker's mark for Cartier (indistinct), No. 713583
Accompanied by report no. 9505003 dated 11 May 1995 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the 5.02 carat sapphire is in their opinion of Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of thermal treatment
