Composed of red, green, yellow and gray tesserae on a black ground with thin a thin cream and white edge, preserving a portion of the border from a larger composition, with facing heads, one at the center and one angled at each corner, the heads veiled, with foliate motifs below their chins, each separated by two pairs of large opposing trumpet-shaped blossoms, framed by sprays of vines, leaves and flowers
