With blued octagonal sighted barrel, top-strap signed 'DEANE ADAMS & DEANE. 30 KING WILLIAM ST.T, LONDON BRIDGE', blued border engraved cylinder (some marking) and frame, chequered walnut butt, engraved iron mounts, and some original blued finish throughout, London proof marks, in partially relined and refitted mahogany case with some accessories including brass bullet mould and Eley Bros. cap tin, the lid with personal label of Richard G. Knight pasted over a Deane & Son trade label, the exterior with circular brass escutcheon engraved with a presentation inscription 'RICH.D G. KNIGHT FROM HIS BROTHER J.H.K.'
