QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The thunderbolt-sceptre well cast on each side with a lotus pedestal supporting a central column surrounded by eight arched vajra points emerging from makara-heads flanking a bulbous central grip centred by demonical masks at the waisted mid-section
