With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1995 and its subsequent sale on July 21st of the same year. Further accompanied a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated October 7, 1996, wooden presentation box, leather envelope, product literature and outer packaging.

The reference 972 was first listed by Patek Philippe in 1995 and continues to be sold by the firm today.
