Rectangular with canted corners, the hinged cover chased with a Biblical scene depicting Rebecca giving water to the servant of Abraham and his camels, within a scrolled cartouche, the reverse with two medallions showing a fisherman and a couple, the sides engraved with foliage, the interior re-gilt, traces of gilding, marked on the rim
