Maker's mark 'VC' in oval, possibly Vienna, circa 1880
In the Empire style, on square base with four scroll feet, supporting a sockle applied with female masks, the stem a female figure carrying the detachable arms formed of scrolls, flowers and acanthus leaves, filled bases, marked on sockles and arms
