The large piriform body on a flat base, with a wide strap handle and a cylindrical spout, the rim flaring, a mold-made facing head of Medusa applied to the body below the spout and handle, each with wings in her wavy hair, wearing round earrings, snakes falling from her hair and knotted at the base of her neck, one with slithering tails extending from both sides of the knot, the sides, spout, and handle with painted decoration, preserving extensive polychrome including blue, red, pink, white, and yellow
