A group of late 18th/early 19th century jewellery
Comprising: a late 18th century gold and black enamel mourning band ring with the legend, GUL JEFFREYS, OB: 19, AUG, 1779 AE 82, the hoop with maker's initials HC, finger size S; an early 19th century locket ring, the glazed heart-shaped bezel with garnet border and crown surmount, finger size L 1/2; five early 19th century foiled garnet brooches including three of heart shaped design, one with ivory plaque and locket compartment, one of entwined garland design, and one modelled as a bird; a ga net band ring; and two painted ivory miniature clasps
