A very floral and spicy nose that is remarkably fresh for such a mediocre vintage leads to delicious, rich, plump and altogether seductive flavors and a long, velvety finish that displays only a trace of sous bois. Extraordinarily good for the vintage and drinking perfectly now though holding well. Still, there is no reason to wait any longer. Tasted: Jan 01, 2004 ALLEN MEADOWS
