EARLY 20TH CENTURY, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS, HE WITH INCISED T102., SHE INCISED V.132. VARIOUS PRESSNUMMERN, INCISED NUMERALS AND PAINTER'S MARKS
Modelled by Erich Hösel, he seated astride a stallion, wearing a black and gilt tricorn hat, a red jacket and black boots carrying a bugle over his shoulder, on a rocky shaped-oval scroll-moulded base applied with leaves and flowers, issuing tree-stumps supporting four running hounds with brown coats, the base painted with military trophies and pseudo coats-of-arms within scroll-moulded cartouches, the lady falconer similarly modelled astride a piebald stallion, she wearing a plumed black and gilt tricorn hat and long green jacket and skirt, carrying a falcon on her right arm, on a similar scroll-moulded base supporting four hounds, painted in puce with running stags and oak leaves, minor restoration and retouching to enamels
