The eared rectangular top with moulded ormolu surround decorated with a bois satiné ribbon-banded floral marquetry cartouche, above a swagged-floral escutcheon and fitted drawer with writing slide, and another drawer below, with similarily mounted sides with handles, one fitted with a drawer, on cabriole legs with ram's mask clasps running to scrolled sabots
