On shell feet, the frame engraved with coat-of-arms, with three castors and two cut-glass bottles with silver covers, each engraved with a crest, marked under stand and on mounts, the castors further marked near rim and on cover, engraved with a scratchweight 'In All 49"17"12'
8 1/8 in. (20.6 cm.) high
weight of silver 49 oz. (1,526 gr.)
The arms are those of Alcock impaling Sheppard for Henry Alcock (1716-1784) of Nymphall, co. Waterford and his wife Jane, whom he married in 1748.
