Decorated throughout with gilt landscapes, architectural views and chinoiserie figures, the cabinet doors opening to reveal an arrangement of six drawers, two compartments and two cupboards, the door of one cupboard incorporating a watch, the other a frame, all above a work table with hinged doors concealing variously sized compartments for sewing implements above a long drawer, the stand with cabriole legs and paw feet
